The Incubator is designed to support social innovation within the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC) and beyond, guiding participants from initial ideas to funding applications. Its goal is to train and mentor mid-to-senior-level cultural professionals aspiring to access European funding for culture.

This coming autumn, the flagship training programme on European project writing will take place at Spazju Kreattiv in Malta. Incubator 2024 will provide expert mentoring tailored to each selected applicant’s project idea, along with networking opportunities with socio-cultural professionals from across Europe. Participants will also enjoy a rich study visit programme, immersing them in Malta’s vibrant cultural landscape. This edition will focus primarily on culture in non-urban and peripheral areas.
