LifeBlood is a mixed programme of dance by the dancers of ZfinMalta and international dancers who have worked with some of the world’s leading dance companies like Royal Swedish Ballet and Akram Khan company.

They come together to perform a series of solo, duets and ensemble excerpts in celebration of Mavin Khoo. Khoo himself concludes the evening with a preview of a newly commissioned piece.

Choreographed by Carlos Pons Guerra, the work is a section of a duet that that will premiere in 2018. A short film by Kenneth Scicluna closes the programme.
