The whole story of migration has undoubtedly, inevitably interconnected the world even further. Limbo is that in-between which explores the notion of migration from multiple standpoints. It is essentially, a verbatim-style piece based on a number of interviews recounting the narratives of people from all over the globe – stories of individuals who have experienced some form of migration throughout their life.
In this promenade-style experience, stories and characters stimulate the creation of music and art as the journey of the process and performance itself unfolds. Ultimately, this is an open-ended invitation to be challenged in our idea of ‘home’ and to reconsider and re-evaluate what we truly understand by the term ‘integration’
This project is supported by Il-Premju tal-President għall-Kreattività.
