Electronic Music Malta presents the premiere of the documentary: Subotnick: A Portrait of an Electronic Music Pioneer. Subotnick explores the life of electronic music pioneer Morton Subotnick. At 90 years of age, he has become a cult figure for a whole new generation that have come to recognize him as “The Father of Techno”.
Over these two days, six inclusive, mixed-ability workshops will be held at Spazju Kreattiv each of which focus on the exploration of a different performance arts discipline: drama, music or dance. In collaboration with the School of Performing Arts at the University of Malta, these workshops will be led by seasoned professionals or artists in training.
